Orange Blossom Cheesecake

40 ounces cream cheese -- softened
4 tablespoons artificial sweetener -- equal
1 teaspoon artificial sweetener -- equal
3 tablespoons orange blossom water -- available in international stores
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
Butter for greasing pan

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Butter a 9x13 baking pan; set aside. If
using dried orange rind, combine with orange blossom water and set aside.
Beat cream cheese in electric mixer until creamy; add sweetener and beat
until well blended. Add orange blossom water, orange rind and vanilla. Add
eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add whipping cream
and beat a minute longer. Pour mixture into buttered pan. Bake for 10
minutes at 450 degrees, then lower temp to 200 degrees and bake 45-50 minutes
longer or until cheesecake is almost set. Remove from oven and cool on a wire
rack. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
