Flax Seed & Bran Muffins

1/2 cup flax meal
3/4 cup protein powder
1/2 cup natural bran
1/2 cup brown sugar twin or sweetener
1/2 teaspoon salt substitute
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 ounces chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup veg. oil or melted butter
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
3 tsp. maple or banana flavoring
Combine all dry ingredient in large bowl and
mix wll until well blended.
Combine all wet ingredients in small bowl;
beat well.
Mix the two together and stir till blended.
Grease muffin pan or line with paper liners.
Divide batter between 12 muffin cups and bake
at 400 for 30-35 min.
