Atkins Protein Bread

unused amount of Atkins bake
mix bread -
prepared
garlic powder
black pepper
dried italian seasoning
melted butter
Preheat oven to 300f. Swab a
cookie sheet with melted butter.
Cut bread into 1/2" cubes(or desired size). Toss desired
seasonings in
a zipper bag, add melted butter and squeeze to mix. Toss in bread
cubes.
Mix around to coat cubes, then pour into a single layer on sheet.
Bake for
10 minutes, then turn off the oven a nd leave the door slightly
ajar. Let sit in the oven 1 hour to dry.
Store tightly wrapped in the refrigerator.
