Peanut Butter Shake

1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup crushed ice or a few cubes
1/2 cup water
2 rounded scoops Carb Solutions vanilla
shake mix
1 tablespoon sugar free peanut butter
Put cream, ice and water in blender. Add shake mix and
blend until smooth. Add the peanut butter and briefly
blend again. The peanut butter makes it creamy and thick!
