Lunch Shake

1/4 Cup nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup protein powder -- Just-Whey Brand Whey Vanilla (1 scoop)
1 Tsp Psyllium Husk Powder -- for thickening and fiber
1 package artificial sweetener
Place all dry ingredients into
large tumbler with a lid and take it to
work-
add 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup water shake well and drink slowly to be
more
filling.
For flair:
1 Tsp. Instant Coffee or
1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, but add 4 carbs or
1/8 tsp. Unsweetened Kool Aid
I usually make several up at
a time and grab one on my way out the
door.
