Frappuccino Addicts Low Carb Vanilla Frap

1 shot espresso coffee
1/3 cup artificial sweetener -- I use Equal, doesnt
stall me and tastes best
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
1 dash salt
1 tablespoon sf vanilla syrup -- I use Atkins
6 ice cubes -- (6 to 10)
heavy cream whipped w/sweetener -- optional
You can't tell the difference, and save at least 4 bucks
a day! I make this almost every day. You do need a blender
that can handle ice and make it smooth.
Place all ingredients except ice in blender, add 4 cubes
and blend, if it's not thick enough, add more ice 2 cubes
at a time, don't add too much ice or it will be too icy
and not smooth. 6 cubes usually does it. This makes 2
small, or one large drink. I top it with the whipped cream
sometimes then sprinkle that with Hershey's cocoa. You can
also use a tsp of cocoa in place of the vanilla syrup to
make a chocolate frappe, or get caramel syrup and use both
caramel and cocoa to make the Milky Way version. These are
soooooo good, I never go to Starbucks any more. Enjoy!
