Cold Coffee Shake

1/4 cup protein powder -- vanilla
1 tablespoon Sugar Free Swiss Mocha Instant Coffee
(or 1 teaspoon instant coffee and 1 tbsp.
Cocoa and 3 packets equal)
1 cup ice
8 ounces water. -- (8 to 10)
Put Ice and water in Blender
and blend for 1 minute, add protein and coffee
and chocolate and blend for 15 seconds.
Serve with more Ice if desired.
Makes a wonderful cold coffee drink with
very low carbs and very high protein.
