4 pounds Beef roast
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons Oil
1 Onion -- chopped fine;
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup Water
3 packages artificial sweetener
Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper
all over roast. Brown in oil in skillet; add
remaining ingredients. Cover. Simmer about 4 hours over low heat.
**Note: Peel and slice turnips and add about 1/2 way through
the cooking
time for "potatoes" on the side:)
