Bill's Pork Tenderloin in Hearty Cream Sauce

Recipe By: Smokis Lil
Categories: Beef/Pork

1 medium onion
1 pound pork tenderloin -- cut in bite size pieces
3 tablespoons minced garlic
garlic power and onion powder -- a shake or two - optional
1 stick butter -- to taste
16 ounces chicken broth -- canned
4 tablespoons heavy cream

1.Melt butter over medium heat
2.Slice or dice onions and pork
3.Sautee in pan with garlic until meat is lightly browned
4.Deglaze pan by pouring in chicken broth and cook on high heat until liquid is reduced by 50%
5.Add cream and reduce to desired thickness
6.Add cracked pepper to taste.

This can be modified by adding your favorite veggies into the recipe. I sautee mushrooms and add into my portion - Bill is anti-mushroom - the fool.

Serves 2-4 depending on how hungry you are!

This recipe makes a thick gravy and would be great with whatever type of lc bread you use.

**Would also be great with chicken breast or beef.
